Refund Policy for Love & Light Kreations

Thank you for shopping with Love & Light Kreations! We take pride in crafting quality, heartfelt products, and we want you to be delighted with your experience. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

Due to the custom or final sale nature of certain products, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Graphic Tees, Sweatshirts, Hoodies: Each is made-to-order upon purchase.
  • Personalized Apparel and Custom Gifts: Created specifically for you, these products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Final Sale Products: Any product marked as final sale at the time of purchase is non-returnable and non-refundable.

If there’s an issue with your product, such as damage during printing or delivery, we’re here to help! Just contact us via email at hello@loveandlightkreations.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.


2. Returns and Exchanges for Boutique Clothing, Accessories, and Shoes

We accept returns or exchanges on boutique clothing, accessories, and shoes under the following conditions:

  • Contact us via email at hello@loveandlightkreations.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, and in the same condition as received by the customer.
  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be included on the return form inside the package.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us.

To help ensure the best fit, we provide detailed measurements for each product, so you can shop confidently.


3. Return Process for Approved Returns

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@loveandlightkreations.com within the specified timeframe to initiate a return.

  2. Receive Your RA#: Once we confirm your return, we will provide you with an RA# for your return package.

  3. Prepare and Ship: Package the product securely, include the RA# on the return form inside the package, and send it back to us.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your package, we will inspect the returned product(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. We will notify you by email once the inspection is complete, including approval or disapproval status. If there is any issue with the product(s), we will communicate the details.

    • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply in certain cases, depending on the condition of the returned product.

Once approved, we will process your return or exchange within 7-10 business days.
