1. Prepare Your Artwork for Upload:
Download your artwork with transparent backgrounds (300 DPI recommended).
If you use Canva, connect your Canva account to upload your designs directly—no need to download first!
2. Start the Gang Sheet Builder:
Click the Build Your Own Gang Sheet button on the product page.
3. Choose How You Want to Build:
A pop-up will appear with multiple options
- Gang Sheet Builder – You upload and arrange your images manually
- Auto Build – Upload your images, select your image size and quantity, and the system will automatically arrange them to best fit the space
- Open Previously Created Gang Sheet – Reopen a gang sheet you’ve ordered or started before
4. Sign In or Create an Account:
-Access all your uploaded images
-Reuse past gang sheets
-Easily reorder any time
5. Upload Your Designs for Printing:
Click Upload Images to add the designs you want printed.
6. Automatically Checks for Issues
The system will automatically check for any issues- such as low resolution or overlapping images- before allowing you to continue. Make sure all of your uploaded designs show green dots to confirm they're print-ready when using the auto builder.

Want inspiration or filler designs? Browse our Gallery to use ready-made, high-quality graphics we’ve prepared for you—add them directly to your gang sheet!
8. Add Your Completed Gang Sheet to Cart:
Once your images are uploaded, click Add to Cart.
9. Confirm You Own the rights to the Uploaded Artwork:
You’ll then see a pop-up requiring confirmation that you own the rights to all uploaded artwork—you must accept this to proceed.
10. Your Gang Sheet Is Ready for Checkout:
After accepting, your gang sheet will be added to your cart and you’ll be redirected to checkout.

11. Preview and Place Your Order:
At checkout, a preview of your gang sheet will be displayed so you can double-check everything before placing your order.
